Send a clean proposal before your competition writes the scope.
Proposal software for electrical contractors. Say what the job is, and the scope, line items, and terms come back written.
3 free proposals a month. No card, no catch.
The trade standard is getting the proposal out within 48 hours of the walkthrough. You can send it before you leave.
Most jobs go to whoever shows up first with a clear price. That's usually not the contractor who got back to them on Thursday.
48–72 hour guidance per Projul and Blaze Estimating (2025–2026). Time to build a proposal in Proposem varies with job complexity.
How it works
Say Bob needs some electrical work done.
Here's how you'd put together his estimate.
Type or say what Bob needs done. Drop in jobsite photos if you took any.
You get a clean, professional document back: scope, line items, payment terms, permit notes.
Neither you nor Bob gets surprised by a strange price. The numbers come straight out of your price book, matched by our Snap feature. The AI writes the words, not the prices.
Go through it and change whatever you want. Every section is editable.
Email it to Bob through Proposem, copy the link, or download the PDF and send it however you like.
See when Bob opens it. Get an email the moment he signs.
Bob wants something changed? He types up the change request himself, and you can apply it with AI too.
Price book
It doesn't make up your prices.
We only use AI for what it's good for: speed. The numbers come straight from your price book.
Snap matches every generated line against your book. Accept or reject each one, or take them all at once. Import what you already have as a CSV.
Pricing display
Choose what the client sees
The full breakdown, the scope with prices hidden, or one flat-rate total. Set it per proposal.
Client portal
Shareable link, no login
The client opens the link without making an account.
- Read the full scope and pricing
- Pick a financing term
- Ask for a change
- Sign from their phone
You countersign from your dashboard
Contracts
Don't even get us started on contracts.
Same deal as proposals. If Bob needs a maintenance contract on that EV charger, you can put one together just as fast. AI writes the scope checklist for each unit, you set the price per visit and how often you're coming out.
Proposem tracks every agreement from signed through renewal, so you're not the one remembering that the Mercer generator is due in July.
Proposem also has
Voice dictation
Describe the job while you're still standing in front of it, instead of typing it into a phone in someone's basement.
AI change requests
The client writes what they want changed and AI rewrites the sections it affects. You see the revision before they do.
Proposal & contract templates
Re-use the same estimate for the next client instead of starting over.
Email templates
Auto-fills the message when you email an estimate, and again when you send a follow-up.
Light & dark mode
Light for writing proposals during the day, dark for after the sun goes down. Your eyes will thank you.
Brand colors
Pick your color or pull it straight off your website. Every estimate comes out in it.
Dashboard
Everything that's still out, plus whatever needs your attention today.
Photo attachments
Drag in jobsite photos. They show up in the proposal the client sees and in the PDF.
Comparison
How Proposem compares
Template tools look the part, but every field is still on you. Generic AI can rough out the text and then has no idea what to do with it. It will also happily invent prices.
| Capability | Proposem | Template tools PandaDoc, Jobber, etc. | Generic AI ChatGPT, Claude, etc. |
|---|---|---|---|
You approve every price before it sends Nothing reaches the client until you have been through it line by line. | |||
Describe the job, get the whole proposal back Scope, line items, pricing, and terms from a plain-English description. | |||
Line items priced from your own book Template tools keep a price list too, but you pick from it by hand on every job. | |||
Electrical scope, permit and inspection language Panel sizing, breaker counts, permit lines, and inspection notes, rather than a generic services template. | |||
Choose how much pricing the client sees Itemized, scope-only with prices hidden, or a single flat-rate line. Set per proposal. | |||

Trust & security
Built to be trusted
A signed proposal is a legal document. It gets treated like one.
Each signature is cryptographically tied to the one proposal it was signed on. It can't be lifted and reused somewhere else.
When someone signs, Proposem records the time, the device type, and a hashed version of their IP address. If you emailed the proposal to one person, the record shows whether that's who actually signed it.
Who opened the proposal, when, what changed, and when it was signed. Useful if anyone ever disputes the timeline.
Everything stored on our servers is encrypted, and every connection runs over HTTPS, so nothing moves in plain text.
Add a second check at login. Even if your password gets out, your account stays locked.
Clients open the link and sign. They never make an account or a password, so there is nothing extra for them to lose.
Billing goes through a certified payment processor. Your card number never reaches our servers.
Delete any proposal, contract, or client record whenever you want.
Stop writing proposals by hand.
Most jobs go to the contractor who shows up first with a clear price. You could be sending that proposal in a couple of minutes.
